Hello Fam!

I hope that this event will encourage each of us to get moving while were all being "quarantined." I think that this is a great way for us to stay connected, while have a friendly competition. For some of us, our walking time might be used to call up our fellow brothers and sisters for prayer and fellowship. We're here to help motivate eachother to stay active during this time.

 

What to do: 

  • Track your steps everyday. Some of us use Fitbits, smartwatches, and smart phones as trackers. Unfortunately, since this is the free version of the app, those trackers won't sync with, so you will have to manually record your steps.
  • Be encouraging. For some of us, those quarantine snacks are very tempting. Let's hold eachother accountable, and encourage eachother to make healthier choices.
  • Don't forget to set small goals for yourself, and celebrate the victories.
  • Have fun!
