Description:

This team challenge will run for three weeks. The goal of this challenge is to walk/run one mile per day in addition to drinking one gallon of water per day. Your goal is to do this at least 5 out of 7 days each week to get credit for the challenge. Once the challenge begins, log into Challenge Runner each day and choose True or False when asked if you completed these activities. If you forget to log in, you will be able to backlog data up to 7 days.
