Description:

Dickinson College Campus Recreation is putting on a 3-week virtual fitness challenge allowing you to compete with your friends and other students. Tracking can be done by syncing different fitness devices or by manually entering your minutes throught the Challenge Runner webiste or mobile app. Those students who complete the challenge, which entails earning a minimum of 150 minutes of physical fitness each week, for three weeks (or 450 minutes of activity by March 12th) will receive a free t-shirt. Additionally, Campus Recreation will be providing prizes such as Airpods, Hydroflask water bottles, and Alibis gift cards.

The rules for this challenge entail the following:

  • You must have 150 minutes of activity every week for three weeks.
  • You have up to 24 hours to log your minutes if you are doing it manually. For example, if I workout on Sunday for 30 minutes I have until the end of Monday to log that time.
  • You must register by the start of the challenge which is February 16 at 12:01 am
