Teams of 2 or more

Begins 1/13 and ends 2/17.

Each day, you have the option to earn 13 points for the following:

  • Nutrition (5 points): Daily food log completed
  • Activity (5 points): Exercise 20 minutes OR 8,000 daily steps (averaged)
  • Hydration (1 point): Drink at least 64 ounces of water
  • Sleep (1 point): Get at least 7 hours of quality sleep
  • Posting (1 point): Post a picture or inspriation message of something you consider healthy or active on your challenge runner page.

Weekly prizes ($25 Amazon cards) for participating teams (random drawing):
