Walk for Wellness Challenge

The Health, Wellness, and Safety Committee is excited to introduce the 6th Annual Walk for Wellness Challenge! Tracking your steps is a great way to see how active you are during the week. We are using "http://ChallengeRunner.com" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" >ChallengeRunner.com again this year to easily track and record our progress. You can participate by using your own step counter, smart phone, or a pedometer available at the front desk or with Patrice. 

How the Challenge Works:

The Challenge will kick off in the new year and lasts four weeks: January 6th to January 31th 

Our goal for Seattle and Kent is 5 million steps in January -  that’s less than 2,500 steps per day (The American Heart Association recommends 10,000 steps per day)

If our company goal is met, we will celebrate with chair massages in the Seattle Office and at the Kent Warehouse!

Participation is optional; we’d love to have you join us in our Walk for Wellness Challenge this year.
