The Holidays are upon us.  It's that time of year where the pounds can creep up on you out of nowhere; snacking on the leftover Halloween candy, eating those extra servings of mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving dinner, snacking on all the delicious desserts at Holiday parties and family gatherings.  With this 7 week self-directed challenge, the goal is to help you maintain (or even lose) weight during the Holidays.  

Challenge Begins on 11/18/2019 and ends on 1/5/2020.

The purpose of this challenge is to help you hold yourself accountable to maintaining your current weight during a time of year when many of us overindulge.

We have prizes to be raffled randomly to those that participate on a regular basis.
