Steps taken while walking/jogging/running are counted everyday (7 days per week) for the entire duration of the challenge. Steps must be counted with a pedometer or activating the ChallengeRunner app (this can connect to all types of devices, including but not limited to Apple, FitBit, Garmin, etc.). No other steps will be taken - you cannot enter steps on your own. 

Only steps taken between 4am-11pm will count!
