Description:

Our 8 Week Wellness Challenge will be 8 weeks to focus on you and your health.  You’ll start out with an assessment where we will find out where you are on your health journey and we will  discuss where you’d like to be at the end of the 8 week challenge.  Each participant will get a Wellness Score.  

 

We have a FULL calendar of things to help improve your wellness score.  This is NOT a weight loss challenge, but physical fitness is important to health so we do dive deep into how to get to a healthy weight.  There are some awesome West Loop gyms that have donated fitness classes and day passes so you can find the right type of workouts for you.

 

Every week there is a workshop on different topics - Meal Planning, Vision Boards, Healthy Cleaning Products, Grocery Shopping and Food Label Interpretation, Movie Nights, Book Club, Walking Club and more!

 

There will be a mini challenge to focus on each week.  Plus, a private Facebook group for challengers to get to know one another, have community accountability, ask questions and share tips and wins.  It’s going to be a blast getting healthy!!
