This is a 4-week challenge during the month of October that will focus on 4 themes:  Exercise, Mindfulness, Nutrition, and Sleep. The challenge was designed to be personal - the only person you are competing with is yourself!  You will challenge yourself to make smarter decisions about how you sleep, what you eat, how much you exercise, and how you keep yourself grounded. Registration is open and will remain open throughout the challenge.
