Description:

Welcome to the Keller Williams Denver Health & Wellness Challenge!  No judgments here, only encouragement and accountability!!!

The challenge will run from July15th to August 26th, 2019

Daily points will be earned for:

Eating clean:

No Carbs, 5 points (sweet potato and white potato allowed)

No Sugar, 5 points (naturally occuring sugar like sugar in fruit is OK)

No dairy, 5 points

Write down 3 things that you are thankful and grateful for, 5 points (keep track of this in the same place everyday so you can reflect back at the end of the challenge) 

Exercising - Every minute of exercise will count for 0.2 points (so if you enter 60 minutes, you'll get 12 points)

Drinking at least 80 oz water, 5 points

Getting at least 7 hours sleep, 5 points

Percentage of weight loss - % lost multiplied times 55 on a weekly basis (it always subtracts from the first week), you'll enter your weight weekly (only you can see the actual weight)
