Description:

The Summer 2019 Activity Challenge is a way to encourage your classmates to be active and gain a little fitness accountability in the process. 

There are four categories to record your daily activities; miles ran, workout minutes, sports minutes, and active minutes.

  • Miles ran
  • Workout minutes are minutes you workout for the sake of working out--time spent at the gym, doing yoga, or a workout at home.  If you record a run as miles ran, DO NOT also record the minutes.  Do not record active minutes as workout minutes.
  • Sports minutes:  record things like playing basketball, volleyball, or golf here.
  • Active minutes include things like walking to class, playing frisbee, and snorkeling (casual physical activity).
