Summer 2019 Walking Challenge

 

The Walking Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging all of us to walk more often during the day. You may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. While it is recommended that you log steps every evening, you have up to seven days to record daily steps.

This challenge will run for six weeks. At the conclusion of six weeks, the participants with the top three recorded steps will be awarded in our team meeting!
