Welcome to the 5 week health and fitness challenge! This challenge starts on Monday April 29th and 'ends' Monday June 3rd. My hope for you is that the challenge doesn't really end. I hope that you will continue with the healthy habits you started :)

During these next 5 weeks we will be focusing on drinking enough water, eating veggies, avoiding added sugar, getting enough sleep, and self-care. You'll be using this app for accountability. Each day you will answer 6 true/false questions. Your answers will be put into a graph. It's a great way to see which habits you could work on doing more consistently. You'll be able to see everyone's graph so if you prefer to be annoyomous, feel free to use a different name :)
