The 21-Day Fitness Challenge is designed to kickstart your journey towards a healthier and more active lifestyle. Whether you're a fitness novice or looking to get back on track, this challenge is for you. Exercise  5 days a week for at least 30 minutes for 21 days will help you establish a regular routine, improve your physical fitness, and develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Stay motivated, be persistent, and enjoy the journey to a fitter, healthier you!

About the Challenge

  • This will be a 21 day challenge, starting June 9th and ending June 29th.
  • Participants will be challenged to complete 30 min of whatever exercise you choose, 5 days a week. This is an individual challenge, not team based; you're competing against yourself!
  • Exercises will be tracked on the tracker app (Which can sync with a smartwatch if you have one!)
