This competition is to inspire you all to make as many new connections and generate as many new PNCs as possible by sending out referral cards. This will be a monthly competition that resets after the winners are announced at the end of each month,
so there is always the opportunity to win!
RULES:
Each referral has to be from a different source.
You MUST send Anjelica a picture of the card filled out before it is sent to receive credit.
You may NOT work on these cards during business hours (8-5)
Anjelica may at any point follow up with you on your referrals to see what actions you have taken to further your connections.
Prizes will go to the top 3 associates and will be on a tiered scale (1st, 2nd, 3rd place)
There will also be an end-of-year prize for the attorneys with the highest originations and the most improvement on originations from 2023!
