Bosecke Law Get Fit Challenge Overview and Guidelines

This is intended as an optional, fun way to get the year started off in an active way. The challenge will run from January 8th until March 29th. 

120 points are available in total. These equates to two points per day, five days per week until the contest is done. Points are awarded for being active and eating healthy. 

Being active means physical activity of 30 minutes or more that includes walking, running, skiing, a home workout video, yoga, group sport or anything really that gets you moving more than normal.

Eating healthy means no junk food (think chips and fried fast food), sugar, transfats or alcohol.

Points are capped at 5 per week per activity and the program has been set up to allow for two cheat days per week for eating and skipping workouts.

All of this is on the honour system. You are the big winner for following the guidelines.

Rewards

A lunch will be bought for all participants that finish with 80 or more points. Draws will be held (with entries increased by workouts) for all those who finish with 80 or more points. The prizes will be worth the effort!
