Description:

We haven't done a challenge in awhile and many of us (myself included) are feeling like we need to kickstart the new year with a little discipline. So, here it is! Everyone gets a free pass on New Year's Day and then we jump right in.

For 30 days in January you should do each of the following things:

(1) Walk one mile, preferably outside. (2) Set a personal step goal and go for it! (3) One minute wall sit. (4) One minute plank. (5) One additional exercise of your own choosing.

Let's keep it simple and start to rebuild some good habits and consistency:)  Remember, it's not a competition with the other people in the group...it's an accountability tool and place to push and encourage eachother!
