Boost your whole health with everday easy changes!

This challenge is about activities we can complete everyday to boost our physical, nutritional, mental, and emotional health. Complete one, or all of them! You will earn points for every activity completed.

Be sure to read the Activity Descriptions for more info and to learn some fun ways to add healthy options to your everyday life.

This challenge will run from Otober 25-November 15. But our goal is to turn these challenge activities into long-term habits.
