Description:

You've been elected to participate in Circle of Champions 2024 - congratulations! In order to gain entry, you must compete in a fitness assessment and challenge - upon completion, you will be reassessed and qualified for the event.

 

Here's what you need to know:

Track your goals weekly!

  • Physical Fitness (5 Points)
    • 60 minutes of continuous exercise
      • multiple 60 minutes not counted IE if you take a 60-minute yoga class and go on a 60-minute run you will earn 5 points max.
  • Mental Well-being/Self-Investment (1 Point)
    • Gratitude Journal/engaging in self-reflection 
    • Reading Atomic Habits 
  • Nutrition and Hydration (4 Points)
    • Drink 1 Gallon of Water a day (2 Points)
    • Eat at least 1 fruit and 1 vegetable a day (2 Points)
  • Circadian Rhythm (1 Point)
    • Get outside! Go on a 5 - 10 minute walk 
  • Cold Immersion (1 Point)
    • End your shower with 30 seconds - 2 minutes of pure cold! 
  • Sleep Quality (1 Point)
    • Maintain a consistent sleep schedule (within 30-60 minute deviation)
    • Dim all lights 2 hours before bed
