“SHS Meditates” will be live for the
month of July.
Rules:
Participants must be SHS employees, including staff and faculty.
Employees must meditate at least 5 minutes (maximum of 15 minutes) daily, M-F.
Meditations must take place between 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F.
DAILY MEDITATION MINUTES should be entered daily into the
ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone app, but must be entered
within five (5) days.
Participants can use a meditation of their choosing.
