Description:

Spend 2 hours per week on health and wellness.

This is a 4 week commitment. 

This can be: walking, any exercise,  planning healthy meals (new recipes), listening to a health / wellness podcast, reading a book on health / wellness, being intentional with exercise, healthy habits, etc. This will look different for everyone. You will download the QR code in the challenge to be able to submit a "True" for completing the challenge weekly. We will select random winners from the list of those completing the 4 week challenge.

This will start Monday, May 15th and run through

Monday, June 12th.
