Description:

For those of you who aren't familiar with 75 Hard....look it up and you'll see where I got the idea for this challenge.....and you'll be happy I didn't popose THAT!

This four week challenge is my attempt to create some good and realistic habits in our lives. It's pretty simple:

  1. Follow any nutrition plan designed for your goals and track your food. You can use a free app like MyFitnessPal, CarbManager, you can do a program like WW or simply jot it down on a piece of paper or a note in your phone. The idea is just to get an awareness of what is going into your mouth.
  2. Have three or more alcohol-free nights per week. If alcohol isn't your vice, pick something that is, like ice cream or chocolate, biting your nails or mindless social media scrolling.
  3. Complete two 20 minute workouts each day, one of which is outside. you can chunk it into smaller time frames or knock it all down in one 40 minute block.
  4. Drink water. Lots of water. You decide what your daily goal is. Make it realistic but a little challenging.
  5. Read, listen to or watch an educational or self-help book for 10 minutes/day.
  6. Pick a daily habit that you'd like to instill in your routine. Flossing worked amazingly well for me last month so this month I'm adding in taking my vitamins!
  7. Take a picture of yourself on day 1 and again on day 28. If you want to take them weekly that's even better but...at least do a before and after.
