Description:

The Challenge: to be more active during the month of June by trying perhaps, a variety of exercise you haven't done before or haven't  done for a long time. 

As wIth all exercise, listen to your body and modify when needed. If the effort you put in is significant for you, then yes, count that as completing that activity for the day. We are all at different places in our fitness journey. 

The points: there are 5 suggetsed activies each week. Each day you complete one of the activities, answer "yes" . The max points you can earn in one week is 5.
