Keeping it simple but consistent this April. Still continuing with the one minute plank and one minute walk sit that we did in March but adding in a  daily "dealer's choice" activity that you get to pick! It can be as simple as flossing your teeth (which is what I've chosen) or you can amp it up and make it a physical activity, spiritual practice or anything that you're trying to make a habit/daily practice of. The walking/running goal is to log 50+ miles on your feet over the 30 days in the month. You don't have to go every day, just have to hit the number. Only catch is, you can't get credit for more than 3 miles in a 24 hour period. Let's goooooo!!!!!
