Each of these challenge templates are available in ChallengeRunner to quick-start your setup process. Simply select the Copy and edit a pre-existing challenge from our database option when creating your new challenge.

Description:

5 weeklong challenge - both Individual and Team based.
8 person teams will be assigned when everyone registers. If a team has a player unable to participate or are down one, we will take the average of each player’s entries and that will be the fill in for that team to make things fair.

Every week there will be a raffle for 5 small give aways. (individual)

Participants can enter the raffle if they successfully complete the weekly walking challenges and submit their data via challenge runner (tracking tool). The weekly walking challenges are M-F and you receive 1 entry for each walking challenge you complete that week (Total of 5).

You can supplement your chances by completely the weekly bonus challenges. You can receive 1 additional entry per bonus challenge completed (total of 3).

Each Monday at noon all self-reports must be submitted. Once challengers submit their data, we will review, tally up entries and announce the winners of the raffle via video in slack. There are NO extensions. (Updates about the leading team will also be shared here – more on that below)

HEADS UP: These entries will also have an effect in the grand prize raffle. More explained below.

Bonus week & Grand Prize rules:

The 5th week is a bonus week and not required. The challenges are harder than the previous 4 weeks and there will be no raffle that week. However, it is an opportunity to maximize the number of entries for your team and increase your chances of winning the grand prize.

The Grand Prize will be awarded to a team rather than an individual. (The team you were assigned in the beginning) Throughout the entire challenge, each challenge you complete, will also count towards your teams’ entries in the grand prize. The team with the most entries at the end wins. (Tallied up via all walking challenges, bonus challenges and bonus week challenges)

Tiebreaker – if multiple teams have the exact same number of entries, the grand prize will be raffled.
