The Basic Walking Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to walk more often during the day. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system either through the website or by using the ChallengeRunner smartphone apps. It is recommended that participants log steps every day.
This challenge will run for eight weeks. At the conclusion of eight weeks, the participants with the top three recorded steps will be awarded the following:
