Description:

Welcome to the Helthy Habits Challenge.  This is a 3 week challenge that will help to establish, or reinforce healhy habits for all participants. Each week will have different activites centered around hydration, exercise, healthy eating, sleep, downtime and mindfulness. Prizes can be won through raffles, randomly and for "peoples choice" awards.  Our final day will include a "Guidewire Global Trot" and participants can post their step count for that day and then guess how many total steps were walked by ALL Guidewire particpants around the globe!  A special prize will be awarded to the individual who comes closest to guesing the correct amount!
