 This 30 day EAT MORE VEGGIES Challenge focuses on how to fit more veggies into your diet and enjoy the health benefits that go along with it! I will send out tips and or healthy recipes  every M-F for all challenge participants. The tips and recipes are intended to inspire you and keep you motivated! I know fresh veggies can get expensive, so I will include canned, frozen and jarred alternatives as well as tips to extend the shelf life of the veggies you buy.
