Description:

Summer Bash Challenge is about the wonderful foods that we grow in our garden and getting outside.  Each Monday during the challenge try to go meatless (ask for help if you need it).  Each day you want to try to 5 servings of seasonal fruits and veggies and drink at least 64 ounces of water.  Also, each week try to get outside to exercise whether it is hiking, walking, running, swimming, or kayaking.  Make this fun and enjoy your summer.
