Description:

Welcome to the third and final challenge in the "5 Days of Mindfullness" Challenge Series.  This challenge focuses on posture and insuring that we stand for at least 2 hours per working day.  The two hours does not need to be contiguous, but over a period of time that relieves our body from long peroids of sitting without movement.  Earn 20 daily points by exceeding the two hour recommendation.  Better yet, complete 5 exercises from list of recommended activities on the stretch card and earn 10 bonus points per day!
