Welcome everyone to the Guidewire "30 for 30" Fitness Challenge! This is a group challenge to encourage you and your family to exercise 30 days in March for at least 30 minutes. You can choose walking, running, biking, weight lifting, yoga, aerobics, rowing, swimming, dancing, or any other physical activity. Additionally we encourage you to share some photos over Slack. We can enjoy each others experiences, and see just how creative our exercise routines can get!

Prizes will be awarded at the end of each week as well as at the end of the Challenge sponsored by ONYX and BE WELL!
