The goal: Complete certain exercises every day to help you team get the most points!

How to get points: Every exercise is work 1 point every weekday. Be consistent and encourage your teammates to complete their exercises as well! Every point matters, so do what you can every day.

The exercises:
20 pushups
10 pullups
1 minute of planking
30 squats
1 mile on foot

This means you can get up to 5 points every weekday for 25 points a week. There will be additional surprise challenges for bonus points, so watch slack for updates!
