Description:

Welcome to the Allegro Healthy Lifestyle Challenge!

THE CHALLENGE IS SIMPLE — You’ll spend the next six weeks improving your overall health! 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS —  Each day, you’ll earn points for completing each of the 6 Daily Habits:

  • Nutrition
  • Physical Activity
  • Sleep
  • Hydrate
  • Well-being
  • Reflect

Scoring:

EACH HABIT IS WORTH 1 POINT PER DAY UPON COMPLETION.

You’ll record your points on the Challenge Runner website, staying on track and accountable for your results. You'll climb the leaderboard as you make progress. Most scores are yes/no — you’ll receive 1 point for completion, 0 points for non-completion. The exception is your exercise goal: you will receive 1 point for each active minute (there is a max of 90 points per day). 

Bonus Points: 

You can score bonus points for:

  • Sharing a wellness tip with the group (5 bonus points per week)
  • Weighing yourself each day (1 bonus point each day)
  • Taking a photo of your activity and uploading it (1 bonus point each upload)
  • Taking a "before" photo (5 bonus points)
  • Taking an "after" photo (5 bonus points)
  • Completing and uploading your goal sheet (5 bonus points)
  • Completing baseline measurements (weight, height, BMI, waist measurement, and blood pressure reading) with a nurse at the beginning and end of the challenge (5 bonus points)
  • Logging in at least 6 out of 7 days for the week (5 bonus points per week)

Milestones: 

  • The first person to get to 1,000 points 
  • The person with most percentage of weight loss (must do baseline measurements with nurse before and after)
  • The person with the most points at the end of the challenge 

Getting Started: 

  • Sign up on the Challenge Runner Website. Bookmark www.allegro.challengerunner.com
  • Complete your Goal Worksheet and upload it 
  • Take your before photo if you choose to 
  • Schedule your baseline measurements with a nurse if you choose to (must complete this to qualify for most percentage of weight loss at conclusion of the challenge)
