Welcome to the CNSA Greensboro Steps Challenge!  The American Heart Association recommends that we get 10,000 steps (about five miles) per day for overall health and wellness. 

Each individual is encouraged to take as many steps as possible during this challenge.  Suggestions for reaching 10,000 steps a day:

Park as far away from our building as possible

Take the stairs

Take a walk after lunch

Get a puppy
