Mastering Meal-Prep Challenge

Save time and dishes this April with the Mastering Meal-Prep Challenge! Join us from March 28th – April 24th, as challenge participants prepare at least one group of meals ahead of time each week. Whether you choose to pre-prepare your workday lunches or streamline your morning routine with ready-to-go breakfasts, the Department of Wellness is challenging you to find your favorite way to meal-prep nutritious foods this spring!

Challenge Dates: March 28th - April 24th

Challenge Instructions

Meal-prep at least one group of meals ahead of time each week! Choose your preferred preparation day, meal group, and recipe to fit your needs best. Then, show us how you’re “dishing it out” by uploading a picture of your meal-prep to the Challenge Runner platform!

How to Upload Your Photos

Challenge Runner App:

  1. Locate the banner for the week you are uploading a photo (ex: Week 1 Meal Prep Photo.) Select the pencil icon in this banner.
  2. Click on “select photo.” Select a photo from your device’s images.
  3. Click “save.”

Challenge Runner Website:

  1. Locate the banner for the week you are uploading a photo (ex: Week 1 Meal Prep Photo.) Select “choose file” in this banner.
  2. Locate the photo you’d like to upload in your device’s files. Click “open.”
  3. Click on the orange “upload” button.

Each week, those who upload a photo of their meal preparation will be entered into a drawing to win gear from the Department of Wellness!
