Description:

Hi Everyone! Thanks for joining this month's challenge. If you've participated in some of the past challenges then, you're not going to be too surprised, but read through this description because there are a lot of options in each category.

Category 1.  CARDIO.    To earn this daily point, simply walk/jog/run one mile OR do 20 minutes of other cardio exercise. Pretty simple.

Category 2.   1 MINUTE OF TORTURE.  Do a one minute plank OR wall sit (it's early in 2021 so I'm not going to strive to do BOTH). This point is my personal least favorite so, I recommend doing it first thing in the day so you don't have to be like me and hear that alarm reminder go off at 8:15 pm and think, "oh shit, I have to do my wall sit/plank!!"

Category 3.    YOU PICK TWO.   Sorry Panera, I plagerized. For this point, pick two exercises from the following (or insert your own...we're all big girls and can think outside the box). 10-20 push-ups, 20 squats, 20 calf raises, 20 lunges (10 each side), 20 mountain climbers (10 each side), 10 burpees.

Category 4.   SELF CARE.   This should be the daily point you strive to get 365 days a year. Do something decadent and self indulgent. Some suggestions are, stretching, meditation, taking a bath, reading for pleasure, watching a chick flick, vision boarding, journaling. YOU be good to YOU!

Category 5.   DAY MAKER.   Write a hand written note or card to someone and pop it in the mail or hand deliver it. There is no expectation to do this daily but, it would be a good habit to get into. I think this category also can be expanded to include many other things and warrants further discussion!

Remember, this isn't a competition within the group. This is just a place to monitor accountability to our own selves and to be surrounded with and supported by people who are trying to do the same thing! Have fun out there. Let's CRUSH February!!!!!
