The BACK-TO-REALITY CHALLENGE is an individual walking/running Challenge. As we have done previously, we are going to have three tiers to participate in. We will have The Runners, The High Steppers, and those of us that just do good getting our steps in each day but trying, The Go Getters. This challenge will run Week 1 January 18-24, Week 2 January 25-31, Week 3 February 1-7, Week 4 February 8-14

Runners - Daily Average

Week One 8000 Steps per day  Week 1 January 18-24

Week Two and Three 10,000 Steps per day  Week 2 January 25-31, Week 3 February 1-7

Week Four 15,000 Steps per day  Week 4 February 8-14

 

High Steppers - Daily Average

Week One 6000 Steps per day  Week 1 January 18-24

Week Two and three 9000 Steps per day  Week 2 January 25-31, Week 3 February 1-7

Week Four 12,000 Steps per day  Week 4 February 8-14
