Description:

The rules are simple. Either run or walk 522 miles or bike 1100 miles between January 01, 2021- December 31, 2021. Normal walking throughout the day, like walking around work, in the shopping mall, or doing normal activities does not count for your walk miles. Actual going for a timed or distance walk or run will only count. This is based on the honor system. You will annotate your miles as you complete them. Each participant will receive a 3-inch 3D raise emblem medallion and a certifate of appreciation for their completion of the 522 Cardio Challenge.
