Work Week Fitness Challenge

Work Week Fitness Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to move their bodies more during the day. Participants must record the number of minutes they perform some type of moderate activity and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system.

While it is recommended that participants log these minutes every evening, they have up to seven days to record activities.

This challenge will run for 30-day. At the conclusion of the 30-days, the participants will receive a prize from the GPTW team

Work Week Fitness Challenge has the following characteristics:

  • In the leaderboard, each participant is able to see where they stand in relation to other participants using real names.
  • Steps are to be recorded and logged every day; however, participants may enter steps taken up to seven days after the log date.
