Spring Well Being Challenge!!

We are changing it up this month! 

The Spring Well Being starts on May 4th and ends May 31st.

Each day, enter your points earned based on the below:

    • 1 point for every 30 minutes of exercise
    • 1 point for every serving of vegetables
    • 1 point for 7 hours or more of sleep
    • 1 point for every 50 oz of water consumed
    • 1 point for hitting 10k steps for the day or more
    • 1 point for every 5 minutes of meditation

The top earner of the week will be recognized!

Anyone who earns at least 100 points for the month is entered into a drawing to win a prize.

Let's all try to reach 150 points each or more for the month!
