Description:

This week's challenge is designed to see which grade can up the ante and earn the most points per player through a variety of physical and mental activities. It will run from Wednesday 4/29/202-Tuesday 5/5/2020. The coaches will be competing as well so, BRING IT ON!!!!

 

There are a maximum of 9 points a day that can be earned and here's how nthey are broken down.....

1 point for every 20 minutes of cardio or strength exercise that you do with a maximum of 3 that you are able to earn each day. Examples of this kind of exercise are running, walking, biking, exercise videos etc

1 point for every 20 minutes of yoga or stretching you do with a maximum allowable o 3 points per day There are so many free apps and websites that have great content out there. Grab your mat and show your body some love. You'll be glad you did!

1 point for 10 (or more) minutes of meditation. Once again, so many great online resources for this. A great time to do this practice is right when you get up or just as you're about to go to sleep. It's a wonderful abit to integrate into your daily routine.

1 point for doing the daily physical challenge. This will get posted on the Band app the night before (or at least the morning of) the day it counts towards, so check your app!

1 point for doing the daily mystery challenge.
