Description:

YV Strong runs throughout the calendar year. You earn points to achieve levels. Once you reach the following levels, you will receive the corresponding prize (to be awarded on a quarterly basis):

Energy level: 750 points=$25 Amazon card

Power level: 1000 points/$50 Amazon card/YV Weekly recognition

Strength level: 1500 points/$75 Amazon card/YV Weekly recognition

There will be a monthly wellness goal and a monthly activity goal. Completing each one earns 100 points.
