Jump on your bike and GO!

Our next challenge is to ride 120 miles over the next 3 weeks. Extra points can be earned by completing 5 minutes of stretching before and/or after your ride, and by keeping yourself hydrated. Here are some recommended stretches for cycling.

This challenge will run from April 20 - May 10. You can connect your fitness tracker or health app to Challenge Runner or entire your miles manually.

We will have prizes for our 1st place rider, everyone who completes the 120 mile goal, and all rider's who make it to "Vegas"!
