CWC Active/Mindful Minutes Challenge

This is a chance for us to get moving and mindful, and to have a sense of camaraderie (and light competition)!

To participate, do your preferred physical AND/OR mindful activity AND/OR remember to drink that sweet H2O. Record the number of minutes you do/ounces of water consumed into the ChallengeRunner.com system using the website or free app. Daily logging is recommended, but you have time after the challenge ends to record activities for the leaderboard.

This challenge will run for 2 weeks: April 8-22. Recording will end on April 25. Then, we'll highlight the team that had the most minutes for activity and mindfulness combined. Prizes are bragging rights and brownie points!
